Event Cinemas offers special spaces to host all kinds events that will suit your needs, from private screenings, special functions and evens, AGMs, exhibitions and major presentations, entertaining and rewarding customers and staff in the various lounges, product launches and conferences. We will create a corporate event solution bespoke to meet your needs.

Yes, all our cinemas come equipped with state of the art digital screens and AV. Our in-house technician can help with all of your specialised requirements including PowerPoint presentations, sound mixing, and lighting.

Event Cinemas have various cinema sizes and function areas across our network.

Traditional: range from 99-805 seats, the average traditional cinema is 150-200 seats.

Gold Class: a more intimate experience, our Gold Class cinemas range from 26-60 seats.

Vmax: our biggest seats, screen and sound cinemas range from 194-469 seats.

No not all but the majority of our cinemas do have alcohol licences - please visit your preferred cinema page for further details.

Most of our cinemas have on-site parking as they are located in Shopping Centres, with the first three hours free. Parking rules and operating hours do vary, and there are exceptions so to avoid any surprises, please visit your preferred cinema page for further details as Event Cinemas do not operate the parking facilities.

You are able to pay via electronic funds transfer or via credit card.

All events are required to be paid in full 10 days prior to the event taking place

Event Cinemas will provide experienced members of staff to the numbers agreed when your event is confirmed. Dependant on numbers and needs there may be additional charges.

There are various branding options available inside the cinema including digital and traditional poster boxes and foyer activations. Please contact our events team to discuss additional costs.
